I thank Mr. Herve for all his help and his professional and courteous staff for my move today. They packed my place up, loaded the truck up and meet me at my new place, uploaded and set my room up and assemble my furniture back. I was so pleased and I couldn't ask for a more professional black owned company to move me. If I ever need help in moving or need an item picked up and delivered to my house I'm definitely calling Mr. Herve at Bantu Mover for all my local moves. His company gets 10's across the board and I'll most definitely be recommending his company to all that I know because they are efficient, resourceful, diligent, professional, accommodating, fast and resilient overall hands down amazing. If you are in need of moving services, you should definitely give Bantu a call. From getting the estimated cost at the start all the way through the end of the move, they were very professional and easy to work with. The care they took with each piece of furniture was amazing and greatly appreciated. Each person on the day of the move was very friendly and helpful. We have an industrial refrigerator. They navigated it out of the old space which was a very tight fit all the while ensuring they were protecting the walls and home. I cant say enough regarding the care they took with our old and new homes as well as the furniture which to me is the number one concern I have when selecting a mover. I highly recommend them. ~ R M

We moved in November 2021 to the Dallas area. My fiance was already up in Dallas and was facilitating the move in Houston. When I first called, I spoke to Mr. Herve. He was very professional and easy to work with. We had 2 gentlemen come and move the items. They were very careful with our furniture and other belongings. They worked around our schedule which relieved so much stress. On the day of packing Mr. Herve came out to the house to make sure everything was going well. The customer service I experienced from Bantu movers was 5 star! The movers were just as careful unloading the van when they arrived in Dallas. I would choose Bantu Movers again!! Bantu Movers moved me a few weeks ago from my apartment to my new house. Herve was professional and polite out the gate. He had good energy with me so I knew I wanted go with his company. I was stressed with my move so I knew I needed to go with a company I felt I could trust. I had the pleasure working with Lige & Arthur. Not only were they on time they were early. They took really good care of my belongings and got me moved in good timing even though we had a black out that day and it was super hot. They were cool to work with and got the job done. The movers were professional, courteous, friendly, and they were on time. Everything was packed carefully and in a timely manner and it all arrived in storage the same condition as before the move. Great service. My items were safely loaded and delivered to my storage and put exactly where I wanted. I was very impressive because I was prompt with time & budget. They wasn't moving with slow feet trying to make my time go longer. They was actually careful but quick at the same time if that make since. I actually like the guy Alex he knows exactly what he doing they all were great but he seem to be the one in charge great ideas. When I get back I will most definitely using them to unpack everything. Moving to Texas from Chicago I can say u have to be extremely careful 70 percent of the business is extremely scammers. They showed up early, and I was running errands when they arrived at my old place. They got there and we signed the time when they started working, not when they got there. I've had a moving company try to play with the times before so it was nice to see this procedure in place so I knew what I was going to pay. We worked for quite a while moving down from the fifth floor of my apartment, and I never saw the workers take a single break. We had a two man crew, would recommend them for smaller moves, we didn't check their options for a larger crew. ~ Andrew F

I had been looking for movers for my parents to move into their new senior apartments and the gentlemen with Bantu came exactly when they said they would arrive. Bantu Mover took really good care of us on our move! Nothing but good things to say, their professionalism cannot be matched. I am so pleased with their service, reasonable pricing, and positivity during our move. They were flexible and took our move the day of with very little notice, which I know wasn’t likely to happen with other companies. We pushed the limit for sure. March and Mike were extremely professional and moved very fast. They were extremely clever in maneuvering large furniture around tight doorways. They obviously had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. They bring their own wraps and pads and make sure everything is well protected before removing it from the home. Not a single piece of furniture was damaged. We were extremely impressed with them and will definitely use Bantu movers in the furture and recommend them to everyone. Excellent experience. Herve worked with me to try and circumvent the bad weather and was very personable when talking to me, the crew showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. They were very friendly and asked me plenty of questions about certain items to make sure they loaded everything appropriately. They moved very quickly and I had no issues with my items after the move was completed. I transferred units in my apartment complex from a 2nd to a 3rd floor. I reached out to several companies and chose Bantu Movers. Mr. Herve was responsive, courteous and flexible. We paid our deposit to book them and a couple of weeks later, our closing was pushed back. We were able to reschedule without a problem and throughout that time, Mr. Herve would check in. We finally moved in today and all of the guys were great. In God's He tells us: "Whatsoever you do, do it heartily as unto the Lord" and boy, did they work heartily. I told Arthur to "rack & stack 'em" and he did exactly that! My move was to store all my worldly goods in a 10'x15' storage room. He got all my furniture and stuff in with room to spare. Arthur and David were very patient with this senior woman who kept "wanting to help" but, of course, they didn't need my help! They did a bang-up job!! And a word for Herve, my heart is filled with gratitude for the seed you have sown into my life. God promises us that when we sow a seed for Him into the life of another, we will reap a "hundred-fold" in return. My prayer is for those who read this review to realize that Bantu Movers is a faith-based company who really cares about their clients. I found Bantu Movers online when I searched for a Black Owned company. The owner Herve’ was extremely helpful and patient with me as I worked through all of my moving questions and concerns. He was very responsive and professional from start to finish! On the day of my move Herve’ and Arthur showed up not on time but early ! Great experience. Move from Alief to Katy, went smooth and was made so much easier thanks to Bantu movers. I had to reschedule our move twice due to home closing issues and these guys accommodated us every step of the way. They were on time and very efficient. I used Bantu movers for moving my large home. They arrived on time with 6 men crew and got the whole thing done very fast in spite of 120 degree furnace weather in Katy. Special Kudos to the crew and Harve who went out of the way to make sure all are done perfectly. We were worried about moving over Thanksgiving weekend but Bantu Mover made it so easy. They were very responsive and offered a great price. This is our second time using their service and had the same great experience. The movers were very quick to organize and went nonstop until the end. I used Bantu for a relatively small move and they were very efficient. They wrapped everything, took down the bed and moved all the boxes. At my new place they put the boxes in the rooms they belonged in, unwrapped everything and arranged the furniture, and put the bed back up. They were friendly, but not talking alot or wasting time. The movers are all professionals, kind,and warm when dealing with their customers. No time wasted, once they arrived, which is on time, they readily started moving.They took care of my itms without any damages and I never heard anyone complaining even it was so hot....I will recommend this Bantu Movers.
